Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Virginia Beach, Virginia for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

Arbitration (Optional)

If both parties agree, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration taking place in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Class Action Waiver
